Set It and Get It is here to rescue you from a mad dash to the store when you open up your hot tub to cloudy water or realize the smoker is low on pellets. Save yourself the panic and get the products you need before you actually need them.

Scheduled Delivery

Set It and Get It is exactly what it sounds like. Choose the product you want, set a delivery frequency, and then get it on a recurring basis:

1. Click on the item you want
2. Select the “Subscribe” option under Set it and Get it
3. Choose how often you would like it delivered
4. Add it to your cart and complete your purchase as you normally would
5. Sit back and relax! Your future self commends you.

You can manage your subscription at any time via your account.

 

Creating an Account

With your first Set It and Get It purchase you will get two emails, a regular confirmation email and a second email with a link to sign in.

To create an account, follow the link in your introductory email or click the little person symbol in the top right hand corner of this website. Scroll down under NEW CUSTOMER and click REGISTER.

The system will ask you for your first name, last name and email address - be sure to use the email address you used to purchase your first subscription, that email address will have any past orders attached to it. Once you've created a password and clicked REGISTER, you will will get a confirmation email asking you to confirm your account. Click on "Activate your account" in the email to finish the process. You will receive an email confirming your success, remarkable!

 

Managing Your Subscriptions

At any time you can come to the website, and log in to your account to manage your Set It and Get It subscriptions:

• Change the date of your upcoming order
• Skip an order
• Edit the quantity of upcoming orders
• View the products in your subscription
• View your transaction history
• Apply a discount code to your orders
• Edit address, shipping, and payment information
• Cancel your subscription
